Hanoi, Vietnam

Greetings from Vietnam!

By Sergio Camalich

We received the year with a week-long trip to Hoi An and Da Nang.

In spite of the cold weather, it was great to explore both cities with people that I love although I have to admit, I was excited to come back home.

No matter how much I complain about the weather and the infinite craziness, Hanoi is such a beautiful city during the winter as well.

Without thinking too much about it, I’ve decided to make two goals during this year:

1.- I will meditate at least once a day, every day, for the whole year.
2.- I will publish 2 posts per month on the blog.

Now, bear with me because this is going to be a long one–and I haven’t written in what feels like 137 years.

The last time I published anything was months after I first moved to Hanoi and believe it or not, I’m still living here.

So many things have happened in the space of two and a half years that trying to list them all in a single post would be unfair to the memories that have been piling in the back of my eyes.

Suffice is to say, I am committed to these two tasks and since I still love taking photos and writing, that what I’ll be sharing.

Oh! Yay!

If you haven’t seen it yet, check the first photo of the monthly series I’ll be holding throughout 2019. You can even buy it if you like it!

But wait! THERE’S MORE!

I’ll be also updating a Spotify Playlist which you can follow for some sweet tunes and art. Share your music with me so I can keep it fresh!

And well, it seems like we’re reaching the end of the road for this occasion.

If you’ve been following me on Instagram or Facebook, thanks for putting up with my lack of publications. I honestly hope its been worth your while.

If this is your first time here, welcome!

As usually, I have no idea what lays ahead of this year–but that’s only half the fun, amiright?

Where next?
