A volcano engulfed by the fog
By Sergio Camalich
It was cold and it was rainy, but that didn’t stop us from trying to do the hike up to the viewpoint of the Pacaya Volcano.
The hike was fairly easy and everybody’s attitude was bright, in spite of the gloomy weather.
Whenever I hike with big groups of people, I usually prefer to be in the back of the group and do it at my own pace, stopping whenever I see something interesting to photograph.
At some point, I fond myself completely alone, the sound of the group far away in the distant and this thick layer of fog started coming my way, engulfing everything but the tree right in front of me.
